Lach Quant Research provides digital access to independent quantitative research through Research Membership.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Access
Research Membership provides immediate access to digital content, including research reports, interactive dashboards and other online resources.
Because access is provided immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available once membership has been activated.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where required by law, Lach Quant Research will provide refunds, replacements or other remedies.
When Refunds May Be Considered
Refund requests may be considered where, for example:
- a duplicate payment was processed;
- a payment error occurred;
- a technical issue prevented access to purchased membership and could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Each request will be assessed individually.
Change of Mind
Refunds are generally not available for:
- change of mind;
- purchasing the wrong membership;
- deciding not to use the research after access has been granted.
Please consider your purchase carefully before completing payment.
Membership Access
Research Membership provides temporary access to research for the purchased access period.
Membership expires automatically at the end of the purchased period unless another membership is purchased.
